Terms and Conditions
In these terms and conditions (“Conditions”): “Seller”, “we”, “our” or “us” means Gold Prestige Cars Limited. “Buyer”, “you” or “your” means the buyer of the vehicle other goods (together defined as “Goods”) . “Consumer” means a Buyer who is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. “Manufacturer” means the manufacturer of the vehicle subject to these terms and conditions.
1. Price and Payment
1.1 The price of the Vehicle will be the Total Price as set out in the Order Summary, no admin fees.
1.2 We might change the pricing of vehicles depending on the market and our conditions, the most recent price applies when you want to reserve a vehicle.
1.3 When you reserve a vehicle, price shall stay the same for you.
1.4 The total amount of the vehicle price needs to be received in our business bank account or to us by cash, in order to proceed with the sale.
1.5 Failure to receive the full payment for the vehicle will let us retain the vehicle and not transfer the ownership before we receive the full amount.
1.6 If we do not get the full amount, we reserve right to remarket the vehicle and we will refund any amounts you transferred.
1.7 Any warranty additions/extensions or car care products you chose from us will be an extra on top of the vehicle price. This will be at the agreed costs.
1.8 We need to receive the payments for any extras to activate / apply them.
1.9 Failure to receive the full payment for the extras will let us not to proceed with the extras.
1.10 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Customer must pay the Total Price in full before delivery or collection of the Vehicle.
1.11 Payments can be made by, together with other methods, bank transfer and cash.
1.12 Bank Drafts will require 10 complete working days for clearance.
1.13 We assume that delivery to the Customer will be made at the Company’s premises. If delivery is needed, we might need to charge you an agreed fee, only if you are further away than 100 miles from our premises from TN22 5RB postcode or would like to receive your vehicle on a transporter within or outside of 100 miles.
1.14 If you do not collect your vehicle from us as arranged or if, after a failed collection by you, you do not rearrange for the collection (or delivery) of the vehicle from us, we will try our best to contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs (£20 per day plus VAT) and any further delivery costs as applicable.
